Cancel any CeyBus ticket from Dashboard → My Bookings up to twelve hours before departure for a full (100%) refund. Wallet credits instantly; card refunds release seats immediately and complete after CeyBus admin or finance approval via Bancstac (typically 3–7 working days). Inside twelve hours, contact support for an exception.
Open Dashboard → My Bookings, select the trip, tap Cancel, and confirm. Wallet refunds post instantly when eligible. Card refunds need admin approval after seats are released. For operator-cancelled trips, a full one-hundred-percent refund including service fees is issued automatically.
Seats are locked for 5 minutes when selected so you can enter passenger details and start payment. After you are redirected to the secure card page, your reservation is held for up to 30 minutes to complete OTP / 3DS. If you do not start payment in time, the 5-minute lock expires and the seat returns to the pool.
No. You can download your ticket as a PDF or save the QR code image to your phone in advance and present it to the conductor offline.

Search Colombo ↔ Southern or Sabaragamuwa corridors with Makumbura as your origin or destination. Makumbura is the expressway interchange hub — board your online-booked luxury coach at the signed CeyBus boarding bay; allow 15 minutes before departure for QR check-in.
Luxury expressway services are air-conditioned coaches running E01/E03 corridors with assigned seating, live GPS, and fixed interchange stops (Kaduwatha, Makumbura, Kurunegala). Fares include platform fees where shown as all-inclusive on the trip card.
Yes. Card checkout runs on a bank-hosted payment page over TLS. CeyBus never stores your full card number — you complete payment on the secure gateway and receive an e-ticket only after authorization is confirmed.
