    How do I cancel my ticket and get a refund?

    You can cancel bookings from your dashboard up to 12 hours before departure for a full refund credited back to your digital wallet within seconds.

    How long are seats locked during booking?

    Seats are locked for 10 minutes when selected. If payment is not completed within that window, the lock expires automatically and the seat returns to the pool.

    Do I need an internet connection to board?

    No. You can download your ticket as a PDF or save the QR code image to your phone in advance and present it to the conductor offline.

    What payment methods are supported?

    Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, eZ Cash, mCash, FriMi, internet banking, your CeyBus Wallet balance, and loyalty points redemption.

    Can I track my bus in real time?

    Yes. Most buses on CeyBus have GPS on board. From your booking you can see the bus location, speed, and live ETA to your boarding stop.

    What happens if my bus is late or cancelled?

    We push you a real-time notification with the operator's reason and refund options. Cancellations always trigger an automatic full refund — no support ticket needed.

    Are there ladies-only seats?

    Yes. On routes where operators offer ladies-only seats, they are marked clearly on the seat map and reserved for women travellers.
