How to cancel or modify a CeyBus digital bus ticket
Open My Bookings
Sign in and open Dashboard → My Bookings, then select the booking you need to change.
Cancel if you need a refund path
Choose cancel. Self-service refund eligibility follows /refund-rules: cancel up to 12 hours before scheduled departure.
Or transfer to another departure
When available, use ticket transfer for the same origin–destination corridor at least 6 hours before departure. A LKR 200 penalty may apply inside 24 hours of departure.
Confirm the outcome
Keep the cancellation or transfer confirmation. Wallet credit is the instant refund path; card gateway reversals commonly take 3–7 working days.
How do I cancel a CeyBus bus ticket online?

Cancellations inside 12 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund under the published policy. After the coach departs, the ticket cannot be reused for a later bus.

Eligible cancellations: 100% of the ticket amount is refunded. Wallet credits instantly; card refunds release seats immediately and complete after CeyBus admin/finance approval via Bancstac (typically 3–7 working days).
