Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CeyBus.lk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and services.

2. Booking and Ticket Issuance

All bookings made through CeyBus.lk are subject to seat availability. Once a booking is completed and payment is processed, a digital e-ticket containing a unique reference number and secure QR code will be issued. You must present this QR code (printed or digital) to the conductor at boarding.

3. Seat Reservations and Lock Policy

When selecting seats on our interactive seat map, the seats are temporarily locked for a maximum of 10 minutes to allow payment completion. If checkout is not completed within 10 minutes, the lock will expire, and the seats will be returned to the public pool to prevent hoarding.

4. Fares and Commission Splits

Fares listed on our platform are determined in cooperation with bus operators and regulatory authorities. Standard service fees or payment processing charges may apply. Any B2B agent bookings are governed by operator-specific commission agreements.

5. User Conduct and Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials of your digital wallet and account. Any suspicious login activity or ticket cloning attempts will trigger our security fraud detectors and may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

CeyBus.lk serves as an online platform connecting passengers and bus operators. We are not liable for trip delays, cancellations, route deviations, or breakdowns caused by bus operators or unforeseen circumstances on the road.
